Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

In order to initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Refunds

Refunds will be only applicable for the rare cases of factory defects. A request should be made within 2 days from the day you’ve received the item and should be returned within 7 days.

We will refund you the total cost plus the delivery charges.

Same as with exchanges, to request a refund, please contact our customer support, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card (or to your bank account if it’s COD).

You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies/processing times.
